The S/PRO Delta 100 is a wide-fit alpine ski boot for intermediate skiers who want the comfort and support of Salomon’s S/PRO range without squeezing into a narrower shell. Its 102 mm anatomical last, medium 100 flex and expanded cuff are designed around wider feet and different calf shapes, making it a practical choice for resort skiing where comfort still needs to coexist with proper control.

The 3D Instep Shell uses thinner plastic around the instep and positions the second lower buckle at a 45° angle. The result is easier entry and less unnecessary pressure over the top of the foot, while still keeping the heel securely held. Custom Shell™ HD also allows the lower shell or cuff to be heat-customised in around 10 minutes.

The cuff is one of the more useful details here. Its three-position calf adjustment offers neutral, narrow and wide settings, with an increased circumference of 11 mm and an additional 4 mm of height. A riveted cuff-adjustment pivot provides further scope for adapting the boot to the skier.

Inside, the My Instant Fit Sport liner uses an anatomically shaped construction with Autostretch elastic side panels to accommodate the calf. The flat Hypersoft footbed adds a softer underfoot feel. Four screwed aluminium buckles provide conventional, serviceable adjustment, with the lower buckle featuring tool-free volume adjustment. A 35 mm riveted Velcro strap completes the closure.

With a weight of 1847 g per boot and pre-mounted GripWalk soles, the Delta 100 is built for comfortable resort skiing rather than gram-counting missions into the backcountry. If standard-width boots tend to feel like an argument with your feet, the 102 mm shell is the important number here.

Is This the Right Boot for You?

The S/PRO Delta 100 is aimed at intermediate skiers who need more room than a standard-width boot provides, particularly around the forefoot and calf. The 102 mm last, three-position cuff adjustment and heat-mouldable shell give you plenty of scope to get the fit right.

It is a sensible choice if comfort and easy entry matter but you still want a medium 100 flex and conventional four-buckle construction. If you have narrow feet or are looking for a particularly aggressive, stiff boot, this wide and medium-flex design is probably not the direction to take.
