How to install the Shockstopper

Undo all the buckles and pull the liner out of the ski boot, setting it aside. At the bottom of the boot shell there is a hard plastic insert, which needs to be removed. In most cases no tools are required: just turn the boot upside down and tap the insert out, or gently pry it up. However, the hard insert may be held in place by a screw, in which case you'll need to remove it with a Phillips screwdriver. Then place the rubber Shockstopper where the hard plastic insert was, and put the liner back in. And you're done.
