PRIVACY STATEMENT

  1. You hereby grant your consent to Forepart s.r.o. , with its registered office at Prague 9, Jilemnická 781/26, Postal Code 19700, ID No.: 246 58 766, registered in the public register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 144748 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), to process the following personal data within the meaning of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act"):

    name and surname
    name of the company, registration number
    e-mail
    telephone number
    billing and mailing address

    Name, surname, company name, telephone number, e-mail and address must be processed in order to process the order. This data will be processed by the Controller for a period of 10 years from the end of the tax year.

    You give your express consent to the above processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email or letter to the contact details of Forepart Ltd.

  2. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller, but personal data may also be processed for the Controller by such processors on the basis of a Processing Agreement:

    Shoptet s.r.o. - lessor of the technical solution of the e-shop
    General Logistics Systems Czech Republic s.r.o., Česká Pošta, s.p. - order deliverer
    Possibly other providers of processing software, services and applications, but not currently used by the company.

    Please note that under the Data Protection Act you have the right to:

    Withdraw consent at any time,
    request information from us about what personal data we process about you,
    request an explanation from us regarding the processing of your personal data,
    request access to your data and have it updated or corrected,
    request that we erase that personal data,
    contact us or the Data Protection Authority if you have any doubts about our compliance with our data processing obligations.


    The controller declares that it will collect personal data to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of the stated purpose and will process it only in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected. Employees of the controller or other natural persons who process personal data on the basis of a contract with the controller and other persons are obliged to maintain confidentiality of personal data, even after termination of employment.
