1. Can I pick up my order in person?
Sure thing! Besides our online store, you can also stop by our shop at Plzeňská 435/338, Prague – Řepy. We’ll be happy to see you in person!
2. What if the product isn’t what I expected (for example, the shoe size doesn’t fit)?
No worries at all. Just send us an email at jsem@freeskier.cz and let us know you’d like to return the item.
You’ll find the return form here – fill it out and send it back together with the product to: Freeskier.cz, Plzeňská 435/338, Prague 163 00. As soon as we receive the goods, we’ll refund your money — usually within 14 days.
3. I’m having trouble placing an order online. What should I do?
No stress — it happens! If something isn’t working during checkout, just drop me a message or give me a call at +420 773 770 596, and I’ll help you finish your order.
4. Where can I find a boot size conversion chart?
You can check out our EU to ski boot (mondopoint) size chart here to find the right fit.
5. Do you ship to Slovakia?
Absolutely! We deliver to Slovakia via GLS.

6. How much is shipping within the Czech Republic?
For orders over 1,000 CZK, shipping is free.
Some selected items under 1,000 CZK also come with free shipping.
For all other orders, shipping costs 79 CZK.
This applies to mail delivery (excluding skis and poles).
7. Do you ship internationally (outside Czechia and Slovakia)?
Yes! We offer GLS delivery to the following countries for a flat rate of €12:
Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Austria, Greece, Spain, and Sweden.
8. I’d like to return an item. Is that possible?
Of course! You can return your order within 45 days of receiving it.
We totally get that buying online can be tricky — sometimes a product just isn’t quite what you expected. Whatever the reason, no problem — we’ll refund you! Just email jsem@freeskier.cz, fill out the return form, and send the item back to our address.
The product must be unused and undamaged, and your refund will be sent straight to your bank account.
